March 22, 2019 - Registration Deadline: All funds must be turned in by the deadline. If you don't receive a confirmation email, we recommend you check with us.

April 19, 2019

2:30pm - Check-in begins at Mother Road Harley Davidson at 2501 Beverly. Be prepared to show us your driver license, insurance, and standard equipment. We'll want to see your bike and hear it run. We'll give out rider packs which will include the required targets, a simple map of the route, a snazzy t-shirt, and your placard that will be a required part of proving you make it to each target.

6:00pm - Rider Meeting. We'll feed you. It won't be a gourmet meal, but it will be food and free! We'll go over the rules. We'll answer questions. We certainly hope we'll have a good time!

7:00pm - Check-in closes. If there is a problem, please get with one of the ride masters as soon as possible. You will receive contact information in a final email.

April 20, 2019

5:30am - All riders must be at their bikes in the parking lot at Mother Road ready to roll. Staff will get an odometer reading on each bike.

6:00am - Launch! We will set riders loose two at a time. We will go at 20 second intervals if traffic permits. 

10:00pm - Checkpoint opens at the Living Faith Assembly of God church at 4605 N. Arnold. Staffers will check your odometer and your photos.

6:00am - Checkpoint closes. All riders must arrive by this time to finish the ride.

7:00am - Finisher Banquet (of sorts). More food will be offered. Certificates will be handed out to riders who meet all requirements on time.
