The Chapel Motorcycle Shop is a locally owned family business and a fully independent company and organization. Although we are friends with many, we are in no way affiliated with any other businesses, corporations, or clubs. In the age of local and national events and demonstrations, we would like to clarify that The Chapel Motorcycle Shop (CMS) is not affiliated with any political or religious organizations. CMS does not support any radical political groups and condemns all forms of violent protest. We would like to further state that all persons wearing CMS apparel are free to express their personal views but that it must not be concluded that CMS condones the view. We are an independent, small business that specializes in motorcycle repair and customization, embroidery, custom apparel, and design.

Service Waiver of Liability

For The Chapel Motorcycle Shop for possible safety concerns, that have been shown to the customer, and the customer refuses to have these items fixed at this time. By signing our repair orders and receiving a printed copy, you release The Chapel Motorcycle Shop, LLC, from any liability that may incure as a result of these items.

Service Work Authorization

Must Be Signed by Customer

“I hereby authorize the stated repair work to be completed by providing all necessary materials. I understand that additional repairs may be required as disassembly allows the discovery of defective parts. I hereby authorize all such additional repairs. Including parts and labor, not to exceed 15% of the estimate previously provided. Mechanic shall confer with me concerning all repairs beyond such 15% allowance prior to affecting the repairs. You and your employees may operate the vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or delivery and I waive any claims for damages sustained to any property during operation. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the vehicle and/or all parts to secure the amount of repairs thereto or storage thereof I expressly agree that The Chapel Motorcycle Shop will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, parts, or articles, left for repair in the event of fire, theft, accident or any other cause.

I hereby acknowledge that the mechanic has no facility for the long-term storage of my vehicle or parts, and I hereby agree to the assessment of a storage fee at the rate of $5.00 per day for repair custom work, commencing 48 hours after I am notified that the repairs have been completed, and $50.00 per day for totaled and accident-related vehicles, starting the initial day of drop off. Interest shall accrue on any unpaid balance after completion at the rate of 25% per annual.

I hereby agree to pay all necessary costs of collection, including court costs and a reasonable attorney's fee. Install time for any parts and accessories, provided by customers, will be charged on an hourly basis including time spent attempting to install incorrectly ordered items. I hereby acknowledge that The Chapel Motorcycle Shop is not responsible for any warranties regarding fork seal failure or carb rebuild if the customer does not properly maintain the vehicle. That being said, all warranties regarding fork seal repair and/or carb rebuilds must be performed within 30 days of the original service rendered. After tires have been mounted, use caution for the first 500 miles before any hard riding. For all bolt-on accessories we require customers to return after 500 miles to retorque otherwise, no warranty will be authorized. The Chapel Motorcycle Shop does not offer refunds on insurance claims, open/installed/tampered with or misordered due to lack of information provided by customers.

Note: UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, ALL REMOVED AND REPLACED PARTS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PICKING UP VEHICLE WILL BE DISPOSED OF WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE

NOTE: unless prior arrangements have been made, all removed and replaced parts not picked up within 7 days after picking up the vehicle will be disposed of without further notice.
