WHAT YOU BRING:

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership or independent mechanic setting is preferred. However, if you do not meet the 5 years of experience but have exceptional skills and work ethic, please still apply, as you may still be considered.

• Self-motivated and driven to excel in your position

• Friendly & Outgoing Personality

• Thick-skinned and able to handle a fast-paced environment

• Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions

• Exceptional attention to detail and finesse in your work

• Proven ability to maintain an efficiency rating average of 80% and above

• Willingness to work on a variety of different jobs, including an occasional non-Harley (sorry)

• Customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service and quality

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and possess basic cell phone and computer skills

• Must provide your tools, and specialty tools are a plus (we provide specialty tools if needed)

• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and dedication to quality.

• Some days are hard and some suck, we get it just don’t bring the team or customers down when your’re feeling down
